Evoke (formerly 888 Holdings) is an LSE-listed B2C global betting and gaming operator that was looking to place a COO to deliver a digital transformation and customer experience overhaul. The incoming CEO, Per Widerström, was looking for a candidate with experience in delivering transformational change from aligned industries. Experience with delivering an enhanced customer experience and journey leveraging AI and Automation was also a key requirement.
